LCPC'03: Workshop Proceedings

Informal Workshop Proceedings

As in past years, an informal proceedings will be distributed at the conference. This year we intend to have only an electronic distribution (download and CD, which will be distributed at the meeting). The format for the informal proceedings is the same as that for final proceedings, i.e., LNCS format. The papers should be 15 pages maximum (including figures and bibliography), 8.5"x11" format only, 10 point font. Shorter papers are welcome. Please input your papers in only PDF form with Type 1 fonts to the same URL you used for your original submission ( /lcpc03/submit.php). You will need to input your original paper (confirmation) number. Papers that are not in PDF with Type 1 fonts and/or are longer than 15 pages as specified by the LNCS Authors' instructions will not be included in the proceedings.

Papers for the informal workshop proceedings are due September 10, 2003. If you have any questions please feel to send email.

Official Workshop Proceedings

The formal proceedings will be published as a volume in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. LNCS volumes are now available both in printed and electronic form. The first author of each paper will receive a copy of the proceedings.

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit full versions of their papers after the Workshop. They should be at most 15 pages in LNCS format (approximately nine 8.5x11 pages). Please upload a .tar or a .tar.gz file which contains all your source files and a pdf file (using Type 1 fonts) of your paper to the same URL you used for your original submission ( /lcpc03/submit.php). As before, your original paper number serves as the confirmation number. It is important to submit *all* the source files needed to produce your paper because our publisher, Springer Verlag, requests it in this way in order to edit the entire proceedings. Papers that are not in PDF with Type 1 fonts and/or are longer than 15 pages will not be included in the proceedings.

The final version of each paper is due November 3, 2003.
