Informal Workshop Proceedings

As in past years, an informal proceedings will be distributed online and will be password protected. Registrants will receive this password at the workshop. The format for the informal proceedings is the same as that for final proceedings, i.e., LNCS format.
Regular papers should be 15 pages maximum, *excluding* bibliography, 8.5"x11" format only, 10 point font. Short papers are limited to 8 pages (excluding bibliography).
Please upload your papers only in PDF form with Type 1 fonts to the same URL you used for your original submission (https://parasol.tamu.edu/lcpc2017docs/). To do this you will need to edit your initial submission, upload the "Final Version" and mark it as ready by clicking on the WReady radio button at the bottom of the submission page.

Posters should be designed to be presented on a 30" X 40" poster board. For the proceedings they have a 2 (two) page limitation, same LNCS format and must have their title start with "POSTER:...". They should be submitted as a *new* paper and specified as a poster by clicking the radio button POSTER.

Posters of accepted papers can be presented at the workshop (encouraged) but do not get any additional space in the proceedings.

Papers that are not in PDF with Type 1 fonts and/or are longer than 15 and respectively, 8 pages, as specified by the LNCS Authors' instructions will not be included in the informal workshop proceedings.

The submission deadline for the informal workshop papers is October 1, 2017.

Official Workshop Proceedings

The formal proceedings will be published as a volume in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. LNCS volumes are now available both in printed and electronic form. The first author of each paper will receive a copy of the proceedings.

All authors must submit a signed (at least by the corresponding author) Consent to Publish form, through which the copyright of their paper is transferred to Springer. A partially pre-filled form is available here for downloading.
The signed copies should be emailed to no later than Nov. 18, 2017.

The final version of the papers needs to respect the guidelines available on the following page: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines.
Please read carefully the Author Guidelines.

The deadline for the "camera ready" paper submission is Nov 30, 2017. Authors will receive an invitation or URL for uploading the final package. If you have not received the invitation by November 17, please contact .
