LCPC 2017

Workshop Venues

LCPC 2017 will take place at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, in several venues.

A complimentary shuttle service will take LCPC participants to/from the event venues. The pickup/drop off location will be at the workshop hotel, the Calvary Court. The pickup time will be 8:15am on Wednesday and 8:30am on Thursday and Friday. The shuttle will take participants back to the hotel at end of the program each day. The shuttle will also take participants to the banquet at 6:00pm on Thursday and bring them back to the hotel at the end of the event.

Parking is available near each venue. The parking for the Wednesday and Thursday venues is all free. Parking for Friday's venue is in the University Center Garage and the cost is $12 for the day. Maps to each venue's parking can be found at the bottom of each venue description.

CnC 2017 will be held in room 2005 of the Emerging Technologies Building building.

Day 1: Clayton W. Williams Jr. Alumni Center

Free parking - Lot entrance on George Bush Dr.
Secondary parking at University Center Garage (UCG) - 660 Throckmorton St., also has an entrance on Houston St. Arrive via George Bush Dr.( @ $12/day )

Day 2: George Bush Presidential Library and Museum

Free parking - Arrive on George Bush Dr., enter museum grounds on Barbara Bush Dr., use lot closest to flags circle.

Banquet Site: Messina Hof Winery, Bryan, Texas

Free parking - Enter the grounds through the second driveway, parking lot is to the right.

Day 3: Memorial Student Center

Gates Ballroom 2400

Park at University Center Garage (UCG) - 660 Throckmorton St., also has an entrance on Houston St. Arrive via George Bush Dr.( @ $12/day )

Friday Parking in Hourly Visitor Parking in Lot 51 ( @ $12/day )
Saturday Parking is free in the non-reserved spots in Lot 51.
Enter from Bizzell St, lot 51 is to the right after turning on to Polo Rd.
