PACT 2007: Information for Authors

PACT 2007 submissions will be judged on originality, significance, interest, clarity, and correctness. A submission consists of an abstract and a paper formatted according to the instructions provided below. The abstract is due by Friday April 6, 2007, one week before the paper, which is due by Friday, April 13, 2007. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED! Both the abstract and the paper must be submitted electronically at the following site:

Abstract Preparation - Submission Deadline: 24:00 CDT (midnight) Friday April 6, 2007. The abstract submission includes a description (100-300 words) of the paper and an indication of the key topics of the paper.

Paper Preparation - Submission Deadline: 24:00 CDT (midnight) Friday April 13, 2007. PACT 2007 papers are limited to 10 pages in the IEEE 8.5" x 11" (US letter size paper) Two-Column Format using 10pt font. Guidelines for formatting your submission, including the necessary LaTex style files and an example file, are available in pact07-kit.zip. Papers must be submitted in PDF format and must be viewable by Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or higher). The program chair will summarily return submissions not meeting these requirements.

The reviewing process will be double-blind. Hence, submissions must not reveal the authors' identities, and you should refer to your own previous work in the third person.

Rebuttal Period: 20:00 CDT (8pm) Sunday June 3, 2007 to 20:00 CDT (8pm) Tuesday June 5, 2007. Authors will have access to the reviews of their paper and will have an opportunity to provide a rebuttal (600 words maximum).
