PACT 2011 submissions will be judged on originality, significance, interest, clarity, and correctness. A submission consists of an abstract and a paper formatted according to the instructions provided below. The abstract is due by Friday March 18, 2011, one week before the paper, which is due by Friday, March 25, 2011. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED! Both the abstract and the paper must be submitted electronically at the following site:

Abstract Preparation - Submission Deadline: 11:59pm Anywhere on Earth (AoE) Friday March 18, 2011. The abstract submission includes a description (100-300 words) of the paper and an indication of the key topics of the paper.

Paper Preparation - Submission Deadline: 11:59pm Anywhere on Earth (AoE) Friday March 25, 2011. PACT 2011 papers are limited to 10 pages in the IEEE 8.5" x 11" (US letter size paper) Two-Column Format using 10pt font. The LaTex style file IEEEtran.cls can be used to format your submission. Papers must be submitted in PDF format and must be viewable by Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or higher). The program chair will summarily return submissions not meeting these requirements.

The reviewing process will be double-blind. Hence, submissions must not reveal the authors' identities, and you should refer to your own previous work in the third person.

Information for Poster Presenters (both PACT and ACM SRC). The poster session and reception will be from 5:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesday evening in the Terrace Ballroom and Peacock Alley. We will provide a tripod easel, a 30" x 40" foam core poster board and binder clips to clip the poster to the poster board. We will not print posters, and there won't be tables or power available. Unfortunately, the posters cannot be put up until the poster session and they must be taken down immediately after the session since we using the room for PACT technical sessions.
