Registration fees include:
- Admission to technical sessions
- Catered lunch and coffee break, December 9-11
- Welcome cocktail at the Hyatt Hotel, December 8, 20:00 - 21:30
- Banquet, December 9, 19:00 - 22:00
- Dinner, December 10, 18:30-20:00 (followed by a free walking city tour and an activity organized by the Municipality)
- Night tour to the archaeological site of Chichén Itzá, December 11, 19:00 - 21:30
- Transportation between conference hotel (Hyatt) and the venue at UPY, December 9-11
Cancellation policy:
Registration cancellations will be processed only through November 25,
and they will be charged a service fee of $50. After that date, no
cancellations will be processed.
Extra social activities
There will be tickets for the following social activities not included in registration (available for participants and accompanying persons):
- $8.00 Bus Tour in the City of Merida on December 8, 9:00 - 12:30
- $35.00 Tour to the archaeological site of Uxmal on December 8, 14:00 - 19:00
Activities for accompanying persons
In addition, there will be tickets for accompanying persons for the following activities:
- $55.00 Extra ticket for combo that includes Banquet (December 9, 18:30 - 21:30) and Dinner (December 10, 18:30 - 20:00)
- $35.00 Night tour to the archaeological site of Chichén Itzá on December 11, 19:00 - 21:30
- $35.00 Tour to the Magical Town of Izamal on December 9th, 9:00am (duration of 6-8 hours)
- $45.00 Tour to the Celestún Biosphere reserve on December 10th, 9:00am (duration of 6-8 hours)
- $35.00 Tour to Haciendas and Cenotes (natural sinkholes) on December 11th, 9:00am (duration of 6-8 hours)
