Papers are limited to 16 pages in the Springer STAR series format. Additionally, we request that you follow some style/formatting guidelines. These will give the Springer book a consistent look. You can find a document and example files with all the details at (same instructions as for the preliminary proceedings):
We need to collect the following materials for the publication of the papers in the Springer STAR series.
The deadline for submitting the version of your paper that will appear in the preliminary proceedings is Thursday June 15. We will be making the electronic versions of all the papers available on the website shortly after June 15. They will also be distributed on a CD as part of the WAFR registration materials. There is also an option to purchase hardcopy versions of the preliminary proceedings as part of the WAFR registration. All registrants will receive the final proceedings that will be published in a hard-cover volume in the Springer STAR series.
To upload the version of your paper that will appear in the preliminary proceedings, go to: http://tombo.cs.rpi.edu/myreview/SubmitPaper.php. You will need to log in with your paper ID and password. You do not need to update the abstract; just upload the PDF file of your paper.
A program booklet will be created for the conference that includes information on each contributed paper and invited talk. To facilitate this, we need you to:
