6S COMPUTERS - Mesh00 (a Java(tm) topology decimation utility)
6S COMPUTERS SOFTWARE LICENSE
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Jack Perdue, d.b.a. Silicon Slick's
Software Supplies and Support Services ("6S Computers")
grants to you the right to use Mesh00 ("Software") for
your internal use only.
2. COPYRIGHT. The Software is owned by 6S Computers
and is protected by United States copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. You may not remove
the copyright notice from any copy of the Software or
any copy of the written materials, if any, accompanying
the Software.
3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. This 6S Computers License
Agreement is your proof of license to exercise the
rights granted herein and must be retained by you.
You may not rent or lease the Software. You may not
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
Software except to the extent that such limitation
is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
NO WARRANTY. ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS
AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR
USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 6S COMPUTERS AND ITS
SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 6S COMPUTERS IS NOT
OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 6S COMPUTERS'S ENTIRE
LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT
SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS (US$10.00).
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no
event shall 6S Computers or its suppliers be liable for
any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential
damages, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information,
or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or
inability to use this 6S Computers product, even if
6S Computers has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. Because some states/countries do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of liability for
consequential or incidental damages, the above
limitation may not apply to you.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
The Software and documentation are provided with
RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by
the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth
in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical
Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-
7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial
Computer Software - Restricted Rights at 48 CFR
52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is 6S Computers,
P.O. Box 441, College Station, TX 77841-0441.
If you acquired this product in the United States,
this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of
Texas.
