Hotel
LCPC 2017 organizers have made arrangements with the Cavalry Court Hotel, close the workshop venue. The negotiated rate includes free breakfast. A group discount can be obtained with Group/Block code L615.

Complimentary Shuttle
A complimentary shuttle service branded "Classy Chassis Transportation" (Tel: +1-844-313-7337) will take LCPC 2017 participants to/from the respective event venues. Pick-up time is 8:15am on Wednesday and 8:30am on Thursday and Friday at the Calvary Court Hotel. The shuttle will bring participants back to the hotel after the program each day. For the banquet, the shuttle will depart the hotel at 6:00pm on Thursday and will bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening.Travel tips
College Station's Easterwood airport [CLL] (actually on the Texas A&M campus) is serviced by United Airlines (ExpressJet) and American Eagle either from Houston (20 minute flight) or Dallas (40 minute flight). Travelers arriving here are offered a complimentary shuttle service to the Cavalry Court Hotel. Please call (844) 313-7337.
If arriving at Houston (IAH) or Austin (AUS), you may take advantage of the shuttle service offered by www.groundshuttle.com - Reservations: (855) 303-4415. The rate is $35 (IAH), $50 (AUS).
